I made these last weekend. - YUM!!!I used The Pioneer Woman's recipe (link below). It is right on! You will never buy onion rings at a restaurant again. - Unless you don't want to stink up your house with the smell of grease. That being said - I'm thinking about getting a fryer machine. Then I can just take it outside. We've tried frying things on a gas burner (the one we use to fry turkeys) but it's not very easy to control the temperature.
