Up until this point, they'd only caught little breem. Which were perfectly happy to eat at hooks that were baitless. This catfish was caught without bait as well.
The girls are pretty self sufficient, they can bait the hook and unhook the fish. The only delimma with this catch is that we weren't "schooled" in catfish release and daddy was at work. In the end, we opted to cut the line.
