We finally hung our tree swing. For the inquiring minds that want to know how he got the rope on that limb...he tied some twine around a rock and tossed it over the limb. Then he tied the twine to his hanging rope and pulled it over the limb. - Had to use the ladder to make adjustments to the ropes that held the swing. 
We should have hung this thing months ago! The girls pretty much spent the whole day swinging on it. Debating if we should get another one...

That looks like so much fun...although the picture of S up on the ladder makes me a little nervous. I think you need two of them :)

They had a "two seater" but we thought that'd be asking for trouble. Originally, I'd picked out a limb that had a nice even grassy spot under it but someone veto'd that option for a more thrilling "swing out towards the water" spot. We've got another tree picked out for a second swing but it's branch is even higher.
