We've got a new friend that's taken up residence under our front door stoop. It's a "Thirteen-lined Ground Squirrel". - I researched it.

Or you could just call it a chipmunk.

Cookie Cutter

I bought this cookie cutter this weekend at Williams Sonoma - on sale I might add! You can twist the head, bodice and leg sections to make different "styled" girls. They had a robot one for boys. I probably won't try it out until school starts. That way I can do it ALONE without "help". Will post more pics then!

Geneva Green Market (Illinois)

Today's little excursion...

It was located along the Fox River.

Seeing these guys fishing cracked me up. One of them saw us watching. He would stop every now and then and smile at us.

My purchases...greenbeans, new potatos, a zuchini and some of those blue berries up there.

Ooh la la Alluvian

Last month, my sister and I took a little road trip through the Delta. Our final destination...The Alluvian Hotel/Spa in Greenwood, Mississippi (www.thealluvian.com).

Over four years ago around Easter, I was given this rabbit has a housewarming gift when we moved to Greenville, MS. It's always driven me nuts because I didn't have a set.

Just one lonely rabbit.

Lonely no more! I got him a friend.
